X10_ARTS | CHRISTIEN DE BOER, a graphic designer by profession, has been painting since she was twenty-two and contains expressionistic works painted with acrylic paint and ink.

She draws inspiration for her work from the colorful encounters she has experienced during her travels around the world. ‘When you look into each other’s eyes, you don’t have to speak each other’s language’.

Different impressions merge in her head, which she then processes into compositions with line and lots of color. Her motto is; ‘Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself’
